On November 18, 2026, Vanderbilt 溏心vlog免费B站鈥檚 Institute of National Security will host its inaugural Convening in the Capital: Autonomy at Scale听颈苍 Washington, D.C.聽The one-day event will bring together leaders from government, the military, industry, academia, and the national security community to examine how drones and autonomous systems are reshaping the character of warfare鈥攁nd what the United States must do to decide faster, defeat cheaper, and deliver at scale.
Featuring a keynote conversation with Eric Schmidt, KBE, former Chairman and CEO of Google, and remarks from Oleksandr Kamyshin, former Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, the convening will move beyond discussion toward action. Through expert-led panels, live technology demonstrations, and the launch of a formal research challenge, the program will focus on practical solutions organized around three core priorities: Decide, Defeat, Deliver.
