Vanderbilt serves: Volunteers weave stronger Nashville ties through service
Over the past year, Vanderbilt faculty, staff and students have teamed up with local partners to host arts workshops, support caregivers, reduce food insecurity and divert surplus meals to organizations citywide, among many other collaborative service projects.
Vanderbilt hosted the 11th annualÌýÌýin collaboration with the Nashville Public Education Foundation on Oct. 30. Twenty-five Metro Nashville Public Schools educators—including several Peabody College alumni—were recognized for excellence in student success, opportunity, instruction and leadership.
