Please complete <a href=\"https:\/\/anchorlink.vanderbilt.edu\/forms\">this<\/a> form via Anchorlink.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Location<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Housing and Student Centers will permit student organizations to set-up collection boxes at the following locations:\n<ul>\n<li>Housing Locations:\n<ul>\n<li>Central Information Desk in each residential area: Warren|Moore, E. Bronson Ingram, Zeppos, Branscomb, Lewis, Hank Ingram, and Blakemore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Student Centers Locations:\n<ul>\n<li>Commons Center front desk and Sarratt Promenade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Period<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only one organization at a time may set-up and operate a collection for a one-week period only, Monday morning through Sunday evening.<\/li>\n<li>The sequence of groups will be on a first come, first served basis.\n<ul>\n<li>Additional drives may be approved in Student Centers locations if the type of drive is not in conflict with a previously registered drive (ex. food drive and clothing drive may happen simultaneously).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>No collections will be approved during the exam period because this is reserved for Housing\u2019s Annual Closing Collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Approval<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the Donation Drive Registration <a href=\"https:\/\/anchorlink.vanderbilt.edu\/submitter\/form\/start\/14869.\">form<\/a> in Anchor Link.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for approval before placing collection containers.<\/li>\n<li>Unapproved collection containers will be removed immediately from Residence Halls and Student Center buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Signage<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The student organization must submit a flyer to the Facilities Management Office in Branscomb #1106 one full week prior to the start of the donation drive.<\/li>\n<li>The flyer should include information about the dates of the drive, the sponsoring student organization and the target charity.<\/li>\n<li>After approval, the organization may post the flyers in residence halls on bulletin boards only.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, signage for collection containers is limited to the container itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Collection<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The student group must provide contact information (including cell phone) for a representative in charge of the operation.<\/li>\n<li>The group must provide a plan for monitoring collection boxes and collecting donated items.<\/li>\n<li>In the event boxes overflow, OHARE will contact the representative to arrange a pick-up of donated items.<\/li>\n<li>If there is no response within 24 hours, the items will be discarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"su-divider su-divider-style-dotted\" style=\"margin:5px 0;border-width:2px;border-color:#999999\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">If you have questions or need additional information,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">call or email Toi Batson in the Facilities Management Office at (615) 322-2965 or toi.f.batson@vanderbilt.edu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anchorlink Registration Form If you are interested in having a donation drive.
