All requests to serve alcohol must be made at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.<\/li>\n<li>Events that include alcohol must be registered in Anchor Link at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of the event.<\/li>\n<li>All alcohol must be served by\u00a0an\u00a0<strong>approved<\/strong> <strong><u>(ABC)<\/u><\/strong> licensed bartending service.\n<ul>\n<li>The vendor will need to complete the Limited Premise Agreement\u00a0and provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance before event approval. Please see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/studentcenters\/forms\/\">Forms<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages must be provided in sufficient variety and quantity and in a manner commensurate with the availability of alcoholic beverages.<\/li>\n<li>If Undergraduate students will be present at your event, you must hire an <strong>approved<\/strong> <strong><u>(ABC)<\/u><\/strong> licensed bartending service to provide a <strong>cash bar.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ticketed events that include alcohol must have prior approval. There are only a limited number of Special Occasion Licenses available for the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ to use for this purpose.<\/li>\n<li>All events that request to serve alcohol must register the event through the Event Registration process in Anchor Link and attend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/healthydores\/host-responsibility-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Host Responsibility Training<\/a>\u00a0with the Center for Student Wellbeing.<\/li>\n<li>Security may be required for events with alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information on Alcohol Policies and Expectations for on-campus events and in general, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/studenthandbook.vanderbilt.edu\/administrative-policies#891\">Student Handbook<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vanderbilt Departments &amp; Organizations Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Student Centers\/Provost spaces upon approval by Student Centers or their designee.
